Our team brings over 25 years of experience in the residential home building industry. As an expansion from our namesake, Ryan Homes, we are excited for our new branding under Alation Homes. Our company was built on a solid foundation of exceptional customer service, quality craftsmanship, and innovative, affordable ideas. We still pride ourselves on these core values today.
Solid relationships with our clients are paramount in our business. We’ve built more than 200 homes in the Kansas city area, and each client become an extension of our family. We are fortunate and grateful that their high satisfaction leads to referrals for new clients. Our diversity is demonstrated in both square footage (2,500 to 10,000 square feet) as well as locations (residential neighborhoods, estate style lots, and private acreage.
Our Team
Since his first custom home in 1993, Wayne has built over 200+ homes. He continually sets the curve for custom building. He limits the number of clients he accepts each year to ensure we aren’t mass producing “ cookie cutter” homes. Our truly one-of-a-kind spaces are customized to each family’s lifestyle, interests, and aesthetic taste. He prides himself on superior customer services, complete transparency, and producing a home with unmatched quality and durability.
Bringing the modern, tech savvy edge to the business, Austin is very excited to follow in his father’s footsteps and learn from the amazing foundation Wayne has set in the industry. Austin brings a fresh set of eyes and a new passion to the team as we strive to maintain, expand, and strengthen our family legacy and multi-generational business for the next era.
As an integral part of the business since the very beginning, Debbie continually keeps the machine running and helps with all aspects of design and interior selections. Every company needs a Debbie: someone who really understands the logistical components of the business itself and its operations.
By continually brining innovative ideas to the team, Bristol loves to re-define new designs for our homes. She is also the core of our marketing outreach plan. Bristol enjoys seeing the process from start to finish and the joy our clients experience when they walk into their new Alation home.
